COVID-19 Update

Mail Order:

• We are currently not accepting any new orders.
• To the best of our knowledge most suppliers are still delivering and postage services collecting so Mail Order will continue to run and dispatch existing orders.
• If possible we will reopen with a limited mail order service later this week.

Waterloo Shop pickups:

• The Waterloo store is closed and will not reopen until 13th April at the earliest.
• The normal three week collection window will not apply to any order that was marked as fully ready to collect at any point in March.
• These orders can be converted to dispatch orders and that would need to be requested via support ticket and a PayPal request will be sent for the postage. There is likely to be a delay on that dispatch as replacement stock will likely have to be ordered in.

Shepherd's Bush Pickups:

• The Shepherd's Bush store is closed and will not reopen until 13th April at the earliest.
• The normal three week collection window will not apply to any order that was marked as fully ready to collect at any point in March.
• These orders can be converted to dispatch orders and that would need to be requested via support ticket and a PayPal request will be sent for the postage.
